CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Our business days are Tuesdays to Saturdays. In this context, the 3 days' or 10 days' notice that we require should be from Thursdays to Saturdays. We do not count Sundays & Mondays in this matter.
 

  • Cancelling or postponing a consultation / exam appointment: Cancellation fee is equal to the cost of the consultation fee that you are booking for. It will be charged if less than 3 business days' notice is provided for cancelling or rescheduling. No cancellation fee charged if you cancel 3 business days before the scheduled appointment. If you book for an appointment that is less than 3 business days from the time you book, the appointment cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once the prepayment is done.
     

  • Cancelling or postponing a surgery appointment: $295 fee if less than 10 business days' notice provided. No cancellation fee charged if you cancel 10 business days (14 regular days) before the scheduled surgery. A deposit of $295 is required to book any surgery. If you book for a surgery that is less than 3 business days from the time you book, the surgery cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once the prepayment is done. The payment would be considered a cancellation fee which would be added to your account.
     

  • The deposit reserves your spot and acts as the cancellation fee as well.
     

  • An appointment can only be cancelled after talking to a staff member on the phone. Any voicemails, emails or text messages cannot be used to cancel an appointment or surgery. A cancellation fee invoice will be sent to you and then to collections if not cancelled in a proper manner. No exceptions.
