Why we request you to fill form

 

  1. It confirms you’re coming and prevents wasted appointment time of 3-4 professionals.

  2.  It ensures other pets are not delayed because of no-shows.

  3. It helps you list all your concerns so nothing is missed.

  4. It allows us to prepare properly for your pet.

  5. Prepayment secures your spot and serves as a cancellation fee.

  6. All reputed places do it to reduce wastage and be more efficient.



Cancellation Fee
 

  • Without paying cancellation or rescheduling cost, you can only cancel an appointment if you still have 24 hrs left.
     

  • If you have less than 24 hrs to appointment, $75 apply for any appointment and $375 for any surgery / procedure.
